Why do I feel like I have seen something like this before? I thought Mr. Veterinarian might have done something similar before but can’t seem to find the pic, maybe it was by some other artist? or is it just in my head??

Looks Veternarianish for sure. Don’t recognize that position though. His pets didn’t usually wear ears or much else. Very well done original I think. Nothing like a nice 69 setup with the dogos to make both happy.
