Rescue Pet: Kumi Age: 21 
Status: Owner is arrested for illegal de-pettification attempt. Pet under HPPS care as evidence, awaiting process and to be re-train.

Owning a pet is a life-changing experience and many times the relationship between a pet and its owner can be unforgettable. Nevertheless, human service pet owners are expected not to get too attached to their pets.
Or a case like Kumi’s might happen. Petgirl Kumi finished her 1-year training and went into service under her owner 6 months ago. During that period, her owner get more and more attached to his pet with sympathetic feelings growing stronger each day. It started with small gestures like braiding the pet’s hair, putting her in costumes and some human clothing. These acts alone are not necessarily illegal and are accepted as fun gestures on special occasions for pets. But after more time passed, the regularity of these acts increased, with additionals of feeding Kumi human foods, Trying to learn her previous life and many more inappropriate behaviours toward a human service pet. All of which were later reported to the authority by several concerned eye witnesses. 
The case was deemed as a de-pettification attempt with the maximum punishment of a jail sentence up to 10 years. The owner was arrested promptly. At which point he confessed to his wrongdoings and stated that he loves Kumi and wants to marry her after her service period is up.
The service pet Kumi was very confused by the attempt and will require a re-training of up to another year add to her service period.
